Commercial and Retail Collections

We collect litigation, out-of-state, disputed, and problem accounts, including accounts requiring special handling.  Please see our Collections Division area of the site for more details on how we can assist you with any collections needs.  

We also offer legal representation for the creditor, including:  bankruptcy (Chapters 7, 11, 13 and adversary) proceedings, replevin, mechanic's lien enforcement, proofs of claim enforcement, secured transactions, forfeitures, litigation, and extra-ordinary remedies such as piercing the corporate veil and successor corporation liability.

Bankruptcy Law and Debt Resolution

Our firm has many years of experience in the Debtor-Creditor area.  We represent both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy law matters.  In addition to personal and business bankruptcy counsel, we also offer:  secured transactions; document preparation; mechanic's liens; foreclosures and repossessions; bankruptcy litigation; Chapters 7, 11, and 13; reaffirmations, objections to plan; and exceptions to discharge.

Corporate and Business Law

We handle legal needs for all businesses, including:  annual reporting and meeting service, business advice and counseling, document preparation, contracts, partnership agreements, limited liability companies, incorporations/dissolutions, subscription agreements, and tax reporting.    Additionally, we offer legal services for employment-related issues such as employment contracts and covenants not to compete.  We take a personal interest in you and your business needs.

Criminal Defense/OWI

We offer representation in criminal matters. Many people do not view traffic offenses and OWI charges as criminal offenses. However, conviction for any of these can have a negative impact on current and future employment opportunities and rental housing. We are nonjudgemental and represent any defendant regardless of the accusation.

Family Law

We offer services in all aspects of family law, including:  pre-marital agreements, dissolutions, separate maintenance agreements, modification of custody or support,  grandparent visitation, delinquency adjucations, adoptions, and termination of parental rights.  Our services run from initial filing through the litigation process, to final decree and resolution.

We offer Personal Injury services in cases such as automobile accidents, slip & fall premises liability, assaults or intentional injury, negligent injury, product liability, work-related injuries, and scheduled and non-scheduled injuries.  We also provide litigation services for a range of civil rights and employment law matters.  There is NO CHARGE FOR THE INITIAL CONSULTATION, and we can represent you on a contingency fee.
